Enjoy a quiet get away on the water. This year round home has 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. The kitchen and living room are open with big windows looking out on the water. Enjoy the peace of Southern Door tucked away in our little enclave that we call Carp Bay. It's at least 30 minutes closer than going to upper Door County, but you can still take a day or two to tour the Door Peninsula. Renting our family getaway is a new adventure for us and we look forward to working with you to learn how to make it a great adventure for you! Note: Currently there is no internet service and cell phone coverage (especially for data) can be spotty near the water. A family member/owner lives right next door and is usually available if needed. There are beds in bedrooms for 7 people (queen in master, queen in 2nd bedroom, bunk with full on bottom and a twin on top in third bedroom), however there is also a futon in the living room that can be used to spread out a little more. Note, two of the bedrooms are very small and it would be difficult to get a pack and play in them. If you have young children, please discuss your needs with us so that we can be sure we have the room. We provide all bed linens, pillows, blankets and bath towels. Besides a futon, the living room also has a comfy couch and chair, a big tv and a DVD player and some DVD movies for when you want to chill. There also is a book shelf with family games and books to read. If you don’t finish the book before you checkout take it with you! If you have a book that you would like to donate to the house we wouldn’t mind at all!! The kitchen has a breakfast bar with 4 chairs and a dining table that seats 6. Plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, bowls, coffee cups and wine glasses. We also provide a keurig and a standard coffee maker and plenty of pots, pans, bakeware, toaster and a electric griddle. Relax on the front deck overlooking the bay. Enjoy a campfire and cook on the outside grill provided. Bring your boat, jet skis and launch at several nearby boat launches, or just swim in front, but bring your water shoes!! Also nearby, for you golfers, Idlewild Golf is just up the road. A few miles up the Idlewild peninsula enjoy a fish fry at The Fishing Hole. Or a awesome fish boil at Waterfront Marys. And we have to mention Greystone Castle’s famous prime rib sandwich. Go biking or hiking 3 miles up the road to Potawatomi State Park. Drive to the top of the thumb and take the ferry to Washington Island. Or just hang out at the house and enjoy nature. Our executive style home features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths and sits on the southern end of Green Bay. Spectacular sunsets abound and the private dock gives access to the Bay to enjoy your water activities. The home is an easy 15 minute drive to the stadium and about 40 miles to Door County. The home is registered and inspected by the Brown County Health Department. We are using enhanced cleaning measures during this unprecedented Covid period. The fully furnished home has all bedding, linens, towels, full kitchen with granite and stainless appliances. The master suite includes a king bed, private deck overlooking the Bay, and a private master bath. Two additional bedrooms upstairs have access to a full bathroom with a queen bed in one room and the other providing 3 singles. Additional sleeping arrangements in the semi-finished basement with 2 queen beds and a single. Guests will enjoy the natural gas grill on the deck overlooking the water. A fire pit near the lake is the perfect spot to watch the sunsets or gaze at the stars. The fire pit sits on a concrete patio that has comfortable seating to enjoy the fire and views. It features four bedrooms, three full baths, sleeps eight and all rooms in the house have a water view. Our family has occupied the house every summer since 1915. All of us agree the summer wouldn’t be complete without a stay in Harbor House. New docks provide a harbor for access to the water for swimming and boating. The large deck facing the water is ideal for outdoor dining, sunbathing, watching water activities, or taking a nap! Horseshoe and Chambers Island, in addition to Ephraim’s Eagle Bluff, provide the perfect backdrop for our famous, glorious sunsets. A camera is a must! We hope you enjoy your stay in our beloved home. First Floor: The living room/dining area and kitchen feature an open floor plan with a walkout from the living room to the deck. Included are a TV/DVR and a gas “pot belly” stove for cozy times if the weather turns cool. The All American Green House is a private lake front home in the woods that offers all of what Door County has to offer. This home has three bedrooms, one sleeping porch and 2 bathrooms, however it can sleep up to 10 people (2bds -king bed w/ trundles; 1bd - bunk bed w/ full bottom bunk and twin w/ trundle; sleeping porch - twin w/ trundle. There is a full kitchen and laundry. One of the best rooms of the house, however is it screened in porch overlooking the lake. It is also very close to downtown Ephraim for shopping and restaurants. This property has great water access with its own private dock. This is one of the most beautiful and charming places to vacation.

The second level finds four bedrooms (1 king, 2 queen, 2 twin beds), a sitting room and 2 bathrooms. Outdoors a stone patio contains tables and chairs and a gas grill for relaxing and dining alfresco. A short walk to restaurants and stunning sunsets just across the street makes this charming home an outstanding place to visit. A portion of the house, separate from the living area, is the Anderson House Shop and Gallery. Since 1969 the Shop has been one of Door Counties oldest and best loved gift shops. Our house guests will receive a 20% discount on their purchases during their stay. Historic Anderson House was built in three stages by Asslag Anderson, a Norwegian immigrant. After completing the dock and Anderson General Store he built a small three-room house and a rather large summer kitchen behind the house. The store has a second-floor apartment which the family used for additional living space. In 1864 the two-story log home was constructed, a free-standing structure very close to the original house. In the early 1870’s the two homes were connected, a front porch added a second story added above the first sunroom is the only part of the current configuration not built by the Anderson’s. Originally constructed as a working greenhouse in the 1960’s then in the 1980’s remodeled into a four seasons room. With the completion of the house, the second floor boasted ten bedrooms and the house become one of Ephraim’s first guest houses. A grand piano graced the living room and the second floor had a bathroom, only used by guests, the family used the outdoor privy. Anderson House is steeped in history and is again joyously welcoming guests!

The Stone Cottage: It has a master bedroom with king size bed and en suite master bath. This was an addition built in 2006 onto the original cottage.
